Hello, dear pitoo-lover! My name is Jess, and I'm the owner of Doggie Loyalty.

Today, I would like to start by explaining why I decided to start my own dog service business. Almost 4 years ago, I made a decision that literally pulled me out of the abyss! This decision was to direct my life towards a professional path that would be able to drag my mind with passion. Animal lovers, the choice was easy! I was going to help domestic dogs and their owners have a better relationship!

How did I get there, you may ask?
I started by educating myself on the subject, immersing myself body and soul in books and canine education videos and then I went to get a dog trainer diploma. As the field is in constant evolution, I am always looking for new ways to do things and to improve my skills and competences in this field. My next project is a sled dog project, but that's a subject we'll discuss together another time, and somewhere else than here!

Now that I'm graduated and educated, what am I doing to improve the lives of many souls in my area? Well, I decided almost a year ago to provide three main canine services. I offer a dog obedience service, a walking service and a personalized behavioural problem solving service for your dog, no matter the age of the dog, the size of the dog or the severity of the problem!

Particularities

MY PHILOSOPHY

The world of dog training is divided into two main camps, so it is sometimes very difficult to choose what suits us best. On one side, there is the camp that is based on positive reinforcement and the reward system. On the other side, there are those based on the behaviour of wolf packs like the famous Cesar Milan. So, which side to choose?

At Fidélité Canine the choice has been made not to position oneself on one side or the other. As both camps bring good approaches, good techniques and good concepts, we believe that it is more justified to take the right of each technique and find a perfect balance between them.

During the sessions, we mainly use positive reinforcement in order to acquire a good complicity between the master and his dog while advocating a pack leader attitude, an adequate energy level and canine psychology. The combination of these two techniques makes it easy to create a fun atmosphere, limits and rules that the dog will easily understand!

In conclusion, my mission is to make you and your dogs happier, more accomplished and more balanced. I hope to receive a message or a call from you soon!
