CAUCASE SHEEP (Kavkazkaya Ovtcharka)
The origins of the breed are considered to be among the ancient Caucasian dogs. The breed's population covers the territories from the Caucasus mountain range to the steppe regions of southern Russia.
The Caucasian Sheepdog is a harmoniously built, large, powerful dog with good bone structure and highly developed muscles. Balanced, active, self-assured, courageous and independent. The Caucasian Sheepdog is devoted to his master; he is an excellent watchdog and companion.
Weight: Males: Minimum 50 kg. Females: Minimum 45 kg.
Height: Male: Minimum 68 cm. Females: Minimum 64 cm.
