The Chatsminou cattery is located in the beautiful Charlevoix region. Our priority is the well-being of our animals and we are very concerned about offering quality and healthy kittens. We also have at heart to develop a bond of trust and respect with our customers.

Our breeders are tested for viral and genetic diseases inherent to this breed:

Feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV or feline AIDS)

Feline Leukemia (FeLV)

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM or HCM) tested with DNA and cardiac ultrasonography

Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA for Spinal Muscular Atrophy)

Polycystosis kidney disease (PKD)

Pyruvate kinase deficiency (PKdef)

Hip dysplasia (DH or HD) tested by radiography
